If you are joining the meeting remotely, but don’t have the Skype for Business desktop app installed:

1. Listed in the meeting details above (rss.org.uk/dial), next to the meeting title click on ‘Join online meeting’ link
2. A pop-up window will appear asking you to either open the Skype in the browser or to troubleshoot. On some computers instead of troubleshoot you might have an option to download the app. If the latter is available, click on download and then follow instructions from step 6. If the download option isn’t available go to step 3.
3. Click on ‘Let us help troubleshoot’
4. Click on ‘reinstall’ to install the Skype Meetings desktop app
5. Go to your downloads, click on the Skype download for it to start the installation
6. Once installed, click on the ‘Join the meeting again’ link
7. In the pop-up, select ‘Skype Meetings App,’ tick the ‘Remember my choice’ box, and then click ‘Open Link’
8. The Skype Meetings App will open > enter your name to connect to the call
9. You should now be connected to the Skype conference call

If you are joining the meeting remotely and you already have the Skype for Business desktop app downloaded:

1. Listed in the meeting details above (rss.org.uk/dial), next to the meeting title click on ‘Join online meeting’ link
2. Click on ‘Join with Skype for Business (desktop)’
3. If a pop-up box appears, click on the option for Skype for Business & click on ‘Open Link’ (you may want to tick the ‘Remember my choice’ box for future use)
4. If promoted, enter your name before connecting to the call
