Lancashire and East Cumbria
The Lancashire and East Cumbria local group organises an annual program of 6 - 8 meetings for statisticians (and non-statisticians) in the Lancaster and Preston area to discuss statistical methods and their applications.
Meetings are held 4 – 5pm on Thursday afternoons, either at Lancaster University (Lancaster) or the University of Central Lancashire (Preston). All are welcome to attend.
All of our events are free, and are open both to members of the RSS and to non-members. We typically organise 6-8 events per year, which are usually held on a Thursday evening and followed with refreshments.
