Journal: Series, A, B and C


All three series publish papers, which are presented at Ordinary Meetings of the Society.

  • Series A: Statistics in Society is a subject-matter-based journal for both specialist and non-specialist readers.
  • Series B: Statistical Methodology publishes papers on detailed statistical methodology.
  • Series C: Applied Statistics contains papers on applications of statistical techniques, for both academic and non-academic workers.

RSS News

The Society's newsletter is published 10 times a year and includes comments, editorial articles, letters from readers, advertisements for statistical courses, jobs and software.
 

Get Involved

Submit a paper to a journal, become a manuscript referee or editor, sit on one of our editorial panels or write a book review.

Downloadable working party reports on: clinical drug trials; performance monitoring in the public services; engaging with statistical analysts and users of statistics;and preserving and sharing statistical material.

About the Publications Theme (PDF 76 KB)

Publications is one of the Society's 12 themes (activities). It is managed by Robin Henderson, the theme director, on an honorary basis, and by theme managers, who are RSS staff. A network of advisors advise on strategy and editorial matters.
