Paper Submission
Manuscripts should be submitted in electronic format, with access provided to associated data. New manuscripts should be submitted via the ScholarOne Manuscripts on-line submission and peer review system at

http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/jrss. Download the following documents for guidance:

Authors of papers accepted for publication can make them free and available to all through the Wiley-Blackwell  open access option.
