MPC Notes for Guidance and Application Form

Full details of the procedure for Chartered Statisticians (and holders of MIS and FIS) to apply for a Maintained Professional Certificate (MPC) are contained in the notes for guidance. All potential applicants should read and understand these notes. They should also read the Society's CPD policy and study the exemplar CPD profiles that are available in the CPD section of our website.

The notes for guidance and the MPC application form are downloadable. The form is available as a PDF document for completion by hand and return by post. It is also available as a Word document in case you wish to complete and return it electronically, but an electronic (i.e. scanned) signature is needed. Links to both versions and to the notes for guidance are provided below.

The documents can also be obtained by email or post from us (please email qualifications@rss.org.uk).
