Make a nomination

Nominations for all awards should be made using the standard nomination form [ 30.5KB]. Those making nominations should refer carefully to the criteria for the relevant ward and provide the required background information in their submission.

Please keep all nominations confidential (including from those being nominated for an award).

Nominations can be made at any time, however awards will only be made in the relevant year for the honour in question.
