Welcome to the Quality Improvement Section.

This Section is focused on spreading awareness of the powerful contribution that understanding variation and statistical methods makes to quality improvement and good management.

Its objectives are to help members contribute effectively to the measurement and improvement of quality and performance, promote statistical methods and quality improvement methodologies and to act as a contact point for other bodies involved in quality improvement.
