Volunteer as a charity trustee

Have you considered becoming a trustee?

Trustees are people who lead a charity and make sure it achieves the aims it was set up to do. They are responsible for ensuring the charity complies with the law and puts the needs of the people it supports first. Trustees use their skills and experience to support the charity, helping them make well informed decisions.

As part of Statisticians for Society, we have partnered with Reach Volunteering to bring you the latest trustee opportunities in the UK. Using this initiative, we want to connect our members to even more opportunities in the sector where they can make an impact. We want to see more statisticians, data analysts and data scientists on charity trustee boards and hope you will consider applying.
