Profile

I am a Professor of Applied Statistics. I graduated with a Master’s degree in Biostatistics from the Centre for Statistics, Hasselt University, Belgium and gained my PhD in Statistical Bioinformatics from the same university in collaboration with Janssen Pharmaceutical, Belgium. I have more than 10 years of experience as a statistical consultant and academic collaborator with pharma companies, with specific focus on Biostatistics and Statistical Bioinformatics. I also work with clinicians within NHS to design and analyse clinical trials, work with Education Endowment Foundation on educational trials, and have substantial experience in both applied health research and social sciences.
