A virtual event to provide advice and encourage career-young women pursuing a career in statistics or data science.
Jointly organised by the Women in Data Science and Statistics special interest group and Young Statisticians Section of the Royal Statistical Society.
The event will include multiple short talks about our speakers career paths including advice for those starting out in a career in statistics. The event will close with a panel session with audience questions.
Speakers will each deliver a rapid talk about their career path and share advice for those starting out in a career in statistics. The session will end with a panel discussion to answer questions from our audience of career-young statisticians.
