Over the past year an increasing amount of information about COVID has become available and is presented daily in the media. How do we ensure that the data are understood and tell a clear story without losing essential details?

We are delighted to welcome representatives from the RSS, the BBC and the Financial Times to discuss these issues.

The event will open with a presentation on the challenges of presenting statistics by Anthony Masters, RSS Statistical Ambassador

There will then be two short presentations by:

John Burn-Murdoch (The Financial Times)
Robert Cuffe (BBC News)

This will be followed by questions and discussions.
It would be helpful if questions could be sent in advance to Nick Moon

Times given are British Summer Time (GMT+1)
