The RSS Finance and Economics Section is looking for new committee members. The RSS Finance and Economics Section is newly established following a successful three years of operating as a special interest group. We are pleased to be able to contribute to the RSS strategic goals and offer a further conduit for the promotion of statistical literacy and expertise. Our group seeks to foster and develop working relationships between statisticians, economists and other professionals in finance, economics, actuarial and related commercial and policy areas.
We have 6-8 online committee meetings per year to organise seminars/workshops and other events each year.
