From January 2023, holders of the Chartered Statistician (CStat) award will no longer be required to undergo mandatory revalidation every five years. Instead, in January of each year, a percentage of CStat holders will be selected at random to be audited as part of a new revalidation process.
All CStat members will confirm that they continue to maintain their continuous professional development by renewing their membership each year.
The Professional Affairs Committee has amended the process in order to streamline revalidation while maintaining the robust standards of our highest professional award.
