Over the past 18 months, the RSS Official Statistics Section has worked with a group convened by the Health Statistics User Group to put on a series of webinars to present work being done by ONS and by the government and health service administrations in the four nations of the UK to monitor specific aspects of the COVID pandemic. At one of the parallel sessions of the 2021 RSS conference in September 2021, representatives of the participating organisations were invited to reflect across the board on challenges which had arisen, the ways in which official statisticians had responded to these challenges, and lessons they had learned for the future. The aim of this webinar is to bring the presentations from the conference to a wider audience.

A recording of the webinar will be available after the event for a limited period.

The material from this webinar will be available on the HSUG web page within StatsUserNet, including the presentations, a meeting report, and a summary of the Q&A session. with key links to information provided by speakers and other participants.
